Shirt Return & Exchange Policy

  • Replacement for Faulty Items: If your shirt has any defect or fault upon delivery, we’ll replace it for you at no extra cost.
  • Exchange Requests: Need a different size, color, or design? We’re happy to assist! Customers are responsible for covering the delivery charges for exchanges.
Conditions: All requests for replacements or exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Shoe Warranty Policy

We offer a 5-month warranty on our shoes to give you peace of mind:

  • If there’s any fault in the shoes within 5 months, we’ll repair or replace them depending on the condition.
  • Replacement: If the sole cracks or the leather gets damaged automatically, we’ll replace the shoes at no cost.
  • Repair: For minor issues, we’ll provide professional repair services.

Please note:

  • This warranty excludes water damage and damage caused by carelessness.
  • Decisions regarding repair or replacement are made after assessing the shoe’s condition.
